The State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services, has filed a petition against you seeking to terminate forever your parental rights to Julie Kay Parker and Alexis Marie Parker on the grounds that you have willfully abandoned these children and for other reasons. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. You are ordered to respond by filing an Answer to the Petition filed against you with the Court and a copy to Petitioner’s attorney, LeAnn Rial, 225 Dr. M. L. The Substitute Trustee herein makes no representations or warranties as to status of title or description of this property.
Should the highest bidder fail to comply with the terms of the bid at the public sale, then the Substitute Trustee shall have the option of accepting the second highest bid, or the next highest bid with which the buyer is able to comply.
