City of Henderson Police Department

November 13, 2019

William J. Fillingim, 42, Selmer, was arrested and charged with manufacture/delivery/sale or possession of methamphetamine and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

Timothy Allen Lee, 24, Toone, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – misdemeanor, contempt of court and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

Caleb Nathaniel Maness, 26, 1595 Lott Road, was arrested and charged with domestic vandalism and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

Michael Landon Morrison, 44, 727 Sanford St., was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, fourth offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

Tyler Ray Ketchum, 25, Walnut, Miss., was arrested and charged with introducing drugs into a county institution, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and simple possession/casual exchange. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $7,000 bond.

Jerron David Luck, 31, 597 Sanford St., was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, domestic vandalism and simple possession. He is held in the Chester County Jail, awaiting appearance before the judge.

November 13, 2019

Angela Kay Sikes, 43, 727 Sanford St., was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and second offense driving under the influence. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $3,500 bond.

November 14, 2019

Lakevious Jamal Howell, 25, Bethel Springs, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Thomas Moses Kelley, 37, Jackson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $750 cash bond.

Brandi Inetha Stout, 40, Lexington, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections and criminal simulation, She is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

Kobe Brooks, 21, Humboldt, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

James Lee Hodge, 52, Ramer, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail to Hardeman County after posting a $1,000 bond.

November 19, 2019

Jon Corey Forsythe, 43, Adamsville, was arrested and charged with domestic assault – misdemeanor. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.

Deputies responded to the 6630 area of Hwy 22 A South, in reference to a cow that had been hit by a vehicle. It was unclear to whom the cow belonged.
