School Board recognizes Anderson and Sells as Life Changer of the Year nominees
At the Chester County Board of Education Meeting on Thursday Dec. 12, the board honored two Chester County Junior High School faculty for being nominated as the national award of Lifechanger of the year. Previously, Chester County Independent published an article about Belinda Anderson, CCJHS Principal receiving the recognition. Eighth grade math teacher Stephen Sells is the other nominee.
If anyone desires to support either nominee, go to lifechangeroftheyear.com, go under the tab of 2019-20 nominees, search their name and leave a comment of support on his/ her Life Changer of the Year profile page.
Additionally, social media is a huge role in the organization selecting a winner so one should also make a post with his/her name including the hashtag #LCOY.
During the meeting the CCBOE also approved the purchase of a new SPED along with the Chester County Schools Academic Calendar for 2020-21.
