Sean Christian Taylor, 25, 790 Jones Road, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $650 cash bond.
A Maness Road resident reported approximately $50 in damage to a mailbox.

, 50, Beech Bluff, was arrested and charged with three counts of theft under $1,000. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $3,000 bond.
William Bradley Wells, 28, 150 Ebb Goff Lane, was arrested and charged with aggravated criminal littering. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.
A Chester County resident reported unauthorized transactions to his bank account. According to the report, it appeared as if the transactions had originated in California.

A report was taken of vandalism to railing at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church. Damage was estimated at $400.
A Chester County resident reported his vehicle license plate was stolen sometime between 6 p.m. Dec. 24 and 6 p.m. Jan. 1.

, 47, 597 Sanford St., Apt. 501, pled guilty to counts one/two/three (merged) class A misdemeanor driving while license revoked second or subsequent, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines. Hester pled guilty to count four, class C felony possession of schedule II drugs with intent to sell, and sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent to release eligibility, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count five, class C felony schedule II drugs with intent to deliver, and sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent to release eligibility,   and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. All counts in this case are concurrent with each other, and consecutive to a specified Madison County case.

He pled guilty to count two class D felony burglary – other than habitation, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. Shoe pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor, violation of the open container law, and was ordered to pay a $10 fine. All counts are concurrent.

Jeffery Tyler Jones, 27, Reagan, pled guilty to class A misdemeanor assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, sentence consecutive to a separate specified Chester County Circuit case, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $750 in restitution to the Chester County Sheriff’s Department, and ordered to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, and must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student.
Richard Lee Learn, 33, 4745 Enville Road, pled guilty to count one, class D felony evading arrest with vehicle/risk of death, and sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 35 percent prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial. Learn pled guilty to count two, class E felony habitual traffic offender/driving while license restricted, and was sentenced to serve four years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He pled guilty to counts three/four/five (merged), class A misdemeanor driving while license canceled – second or subsequent, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitation program, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay all court costs. All counts are concurrent.

, 68, Jackson, pled guilty to class E felony habitual traffic offender. He was sentenced to one year in a TDOC facility at 30 percent, receiving credit for time served pretrial, to serve 140 days prior to remainder of sentence suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs.
Richard L. Connor, 42, Finger, was found to be in violation of probation. His probation was revoked and reinstated, sentence to begin anew, to serve in a TDOC facility. The court made a recommendation for methamphetamine treatment while in TDOC.
