He pled guilty to count six, class C misdemeanor illegal window tint, and was ordered to pay a $10 fine. Terry pled guilty to count seven, class C misdemeanor failure of driver to exercise due care, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $10 in fines. All counts are concurrent.
Bradley Edward Terry, 33, pled guilty to count one class V misdemeanor illegal window tint and count two, class C misdemeanor, failure to wear seat belt, and was ordered to pay a $10 fine for count one and a $35 fine for count two. Terry pled guilty to counts three/four/five (merged), class B felony possession of schedule II controlled substance Cocaine with intent to sell, and sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to a separate specified Chester County Circuit Court case. Total effective sentence is 16 years to serve in a TDOC facility.
