A Chester County resident reported fraudulent credit card transactions.
A Chester County resident reported a possible scam. The resident reportedly was contacted by someone claiming to work for Dish Network, advising it was necessary to send a check for $175 to prevent a disconnect of service.

Zachary Keith Pusser, 30, 6120 Old Friendship Road was arrested and charged with vandalism up to $1,000, theft of property $2,500 to $10,000 and burglary other than habitation. He is held in the Chester County Jail on $10,000 bond.

, 52, appeared on 40 counts including seven counts possession of drugs and paraphernalia with intent to sell and 12 counts felony possession of a firearm or weapon with intent to go armed, as well as resisting stop/arrest and evading arrest. He pled guilty and received sentencing in 21 counts (many merged). Barham was sentenced to the Tennessee Department of Corrections.
Barham was found guilty of count one, class A misdemeanor Possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, to serve a minimum of 75 percent prior to eligibility for work release furlough or trusty status rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay $150 in fines. He pled guilty to counts two/three (merged) class E felony possession of schedule VI controlled substance with intent to sell, and sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility with credit for time served, concurrent with count one, and ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. He was found guilty fo counts four/five (merged) class B felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, and sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, concurrent with counts one through three. Barham was found guilty of counts six/seven (merged) class B felony possession of schedule II cocaine with intent. He was sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility with credit for time served pretrial, concurrent with counts one through five, and ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to counts eight/nine class B felony possession of cocaine with intent and sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, concurrent with counts one through seven, and ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to counts 10/11 class D felony possession of schedule IV controlled substance with intent to sell, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility with 35 percent prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, concurrent with counts one through nine, and ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. Barham pled guilty to counts 12/13 class D felony possession of schedule IV controlled substance with intent to sell, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, concurrent with counts one through 11, and ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to counts 17/18 class D felony possession of a firearm with intent to go armed and sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility consecutive to count two. The firearm and $395.61 were seized and are to be forfeited to law enforcement. He pled guilty to counts 19/20 class D felony possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, and was sentenced to six year in a TDOC facility, consecutive to count four. Barham pled guilty to counts 21/22 class D felony possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility consecutive to count six. He pled guilty to counts 23/24 class D felony possession of firearm with intent to go armed, and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility consecutive to count eight. Barham pled guilty to counts 25/26 class D felony possession of firearm intent to go armed, and sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility consecutive to count 10. He pled guilty to class 27/28 class D felony possession of firearm with intent to go armed, and sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility consecutive to count 12. He was found guilty of count 33 class C felony possession of a weapon by a convicted felony during commission of a dangerous felony. He was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility with credit for time served, concurrent with counts one through 13. He pled guilty to count 34 class C felony possession of a weapon by a convicted felony during commission of a dangerous felony. He was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility with credit for time served, concurrent with counts one through 13 and 33. He pled guilty to count 35 class C felony possession of a weapon by a convicted felony during commission of a dangerous felony. He was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility with credit for time served, concurrent with counts one through 13, 33 and 34. He pled guilty to count 39 class B misdemeanor resist stop/arrest/search, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, concurrent with counts 1 through 13 and 33 though 38. He pled guilty to count 40 class A misdemeanor evading arrest, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial concurrent with counts one through 13 and 33 through 39.
