Hello, family and friends. How great and wonderful it is to be with you one more time. The Lord has allowed us to see one more day with everything going on. To God be the Glory! For this is the day the Lord has made, rejoice and be glad in it!
Last Sunday was Palm Sunday. Palm Sunday is a Christian feast that takes place the Sunday before Easter. The feast commemorates Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem. Palm Sunday often is celebrated by the blessing and distribution of palm branches or the branches of other native trees that represent the branches the crowd scattered in front of Christ as he rode into Jerusalem. This coming Friday is Good Friday, which is observed on the Friday before Easter Sunday. On this day Christians commemorate the death on the cross of Jesus Christ. Many Christians spend Good Friday in fasting, prayer, repentance and meditation on the agony and suffering of Christ.
Last year, so many of us were at work on Thursday, telling our co-workers that tomorrow was a Holiday and we would not have to go to work! Look how time brings about a change. Who would had thought that in the year of 2020 we would not be able to do the things we were doing last year?! Easter is Sunday. Many of you will be at home, live streaming the broadcasts, listening to the radio or watching Easter Services on television. Some of our churches’ doors are still open for the few that wants to come in and pray. However we decided to praise our Saviour on this Easter Sunday, remember it is His BLOOD that is covering us in this time and all the time of our life. We are trusting in Him only! Keep the faith!
