Hello from Enville. I hope everyone is doing well. With all the social distancing, I am hearing this coronavirus is showing some improvements very slowly, but our country’s governors are so worried that if we open up too soon it will bring the virus back full swing, so I think we are still to do as usual until April 30. I can truly say that I am so ready for our country to open up, for people to get back to work and for our lives to get back to some normalcy.
On top of everything our country is going through, our surrounding states had tornadoes on Sunday. Let us pray for those folks to recover and build back.
Opening date for baseball to start in Henderson was supposed to be April 18. Now, we do not know when it will begin or if it will at all. We are hoping it does!
Happy Birthday wishes go to Nathan Keen on April 18 and Estelle Maxwell on April 21. Happy Anniversary to Harold and Janice Maness on April 22. We hope you all enjoy your special day!
Please continue prayers for Jean Crowell, Linda and Christy Phillips, Agnes Smith, Mary Lee Guyon, Niecie Pearson, Florence Stublaski, Deb Finley, Casey Pratt, Doris Weeks, Jo Marie Holmes, Jack and Tera O’Neal, Harold and Janice Maness, Ann Vanhoose, Genny Sue Martin, Steve Denbow, Dennis Harwell, Roger and Sue Henson, Tim Harris, Novelee Massengill, Neal Brewer, those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, those who have lost loved ones and, as always, each other.
I got a nice call from Mr. Jimmy Ruth. He wanted to recognize a nice lady who sends him cards occasionally. She is Linda Kay Jones. He says he enjoys them and wants to thank her. He wanted me put his address in here. He is at Covington Care Nursing Home – Jimmy Ruth, 765 Bert Johnston Ave., Covington, TN 38019.
