COVID-19 has had Chester County athletes and fans alike dealing with the absence sports since about mid-March.
Since then, players have missed the adrenaline and activity, and fans have missed the emotion and atmosphere.
Now with the Coronavirus settling down, Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee has allowed the return of non-contact sports as of May 22.
This week, Chester County Schools returned for tryouts of various sports. Dixie softball/baseball has also returned to play their seasons.
Life is not back to normal, but with no active cases in Chester County as of Tuesday, June 2, and case counts dropping in Tennessee, life is progressing back to normalcy.
