City of Henderson to consider approval of West Main Street Hotel Impact Plan

The Henderson Mayor and Board of Aldermen are scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. today, Thursday, June 11.
During the meeting they will discuss and consider a resolution approving the West Main Street Hotel Impact Plan (TIF Area) as approved by the Henderson Industrial Development Board.
Another resolution they will seek to approve is the standard yearly Christmas Bonus/ Longevity Pay for city employees.
The Mayor and Board of Aldermen will consider approving current year 2019-2020 City Budget Adjustments and an agreement with Southwest Tennessee Electric to use a tract of land on Industrial Drive as a staging area for materials related to their internet fiber project, as well.
The board will take action on a regional rezoning request from Eddie Ellis and Mike Maness on a 10 acre tract (CC Tax Map 33, Parcel 139.08) located on the south side of Williams Road between 790 and 950 Williams Road. There will be a public hearing on the proposed rezoning and a consideration of the Ordinance to Rezone.
Consider approving an agreement with Southwest Tennessee Electric to use a tract of land on Industrial Drive as a staging area for materials related to their internet fiber project.
Other business they plan to discuss is about an email received from an out of town property owner concerning sanitation fees.
