Henderson Christmas Parade is Thursday night

The Grinch made an appearance at last year’s Christmas parade. This year’s festivities are set to kick off at 5:30 p.m. with the annual Christmas tree lighting on the courthouse lawn.

The 2020 Henderson Christmas Parade will be at 7 p.m. this evening (Thursday, Dec. 3).
Participants and spectators are encouraged to wear masks and social distance during the event.
The parade will also be live streamed via the Henderson/Chester County Chamber of Commerce Facebook page. It is sponsored by Aeneas powered by STEMC. The candy is sponsored by E & T Contracting, and the live stream is sponsored by The Bramblett Group.
Prior to the parade will be the Third Annual Chester County Christmas Tree Lighting at 5:30 p.m. at the Chester County Courthouse.
“Frosty the Snowman” will be shown on the courthouse lawn following the Tree Lighting Ceremony.
If children have letters for the Chester County Courthouse Letters for Santa box, these will also be able to be dropped off at the time of the events.
If the parade is cancelled due to rain, the lighting will be cancelled as well.
