, 50, pled guilty to count one, class D felony burglary – other than habitation. He was sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility at 60 percent service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, to serve a minimum of 11 months and 29 days prior to release on probation, all suspended and supervised. He was found guilty of count two, class A misdemeanor theft up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. Wallace pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000 and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative program. He pled guilty to count six, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status and rehabilitative programs. Wallace pled guilty to count seven, class D felony burglary – other than habitation, and was sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility at 60 percent service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 11 months and 29 days service prior to release on probation, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He pled guilty to count eight, class E felony theft of property $1,000 to $2,500, and was sentenced to six months in a TDOC facility at 60 percent prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 11 months and 29 days service prior to release on probation, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay $1,294 in restitution. Wallace pled guilty to count nine, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He was ordered to pay all court costs. All counts are concurrent. Jail sentence may be suspended to allow inpatient rehab, which would then require successful completion as a condition of probation. He must follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student.

He was sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility, serving 45 percent prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He was ordered to pay costs plus $1,000 in restitution, and to have no contact with victim or witnesses. He pled guilty to count two, class E felony theft of property from $1,000 to $2,500, and was sentenced to five years in a TDOC facility at 45 percent to release eligibility, with credit for time served and ordered to pay costs plus $1,000 in restitution. All counts are concurrent with each other and with a specified Madison County cases.
Shannon Black, 41, pled guilty to count one, class E felony theft of property $1,000 to $2,500, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent service prior to release eligibility, consecutive to a South Carolina sentence currently being served, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. He was ordered to pay $1,636.51 for transportation to the Chester County Sheriff’s Department, $1,193.18 in restitution, and ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid community service. She is to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, and must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student.
