She pled guilty to count two, class E felony theft of property from $1,000 to $2,500, and was sentenced to five years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent service prior to release eligibility. She was ordered to pay court costs. All counts are concurrent with each other and with a specified Chester County case, and consecutive to a Lauderdale county case.

All counts are concurrent with each other and with a separate specified Chester County case, and consecutive to a Lauderdale County case.

, 55, 30 Easy Lane, pled guilty to counts one/two/three/four (merged) class E felony fourth – per se driving under the influence, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a mandatory sentence length of 150 days due to the DUI offense, prior to release on probation, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspend and supervised. Garrett pled guilty to count six/seven (merged), class A misdemeanor driving while license revoked – second or subsequent offense, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. All counts are concurrent. He was ordered to pay costs plus $3,000 in fines and to complete 48 hours of community service work. The sentence is to have no work release, no post plea expungement. He was ordered to have no contact of any kind with witnesses and victims, must complete an alcohol and drug evaluation and follow recommendations, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student, must complete DUI safety school and MADD Victim Impact Panel; driving privileges revoked for a period of eight years (ignition interlock required for a restricted license during a revocations period).
Madison McCaskill, 23, 3625 Wilson School Road, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged) class B felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent service until release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. She was ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines and to complete 100 hours of community service work. She pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, McCaskill pled guilty to count five, class B misdemeanor driving while license suspended, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, She pled guilty to count six, class C misdemeanor violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law, and was ordered to pay $100 in fines. She pled guilty to count seven, class C misdemeanor violation of the motor vehicle light law, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and was ordered to pay costs plus $10 in fines. All counts are concurrent.
