Everett Rebstock Obituary – March 30, 1959 – June 21, 2021


Everett Albert Rebstock, 62 Years, 2 Months, 22 Days, departed this life on June 21, 2021 in Memphis. Visitation was held from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, June 23, and from noon until service at 2 p.m. on Thursday all held at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Selmer. Burial followed in the Woodville Cemetery. 
He was born March 30, 1959 in McNairy County, the son of the late Everett Austin Rebstock and Lucy Myrick Rebstock.
He worked for World Color in Corinth, Miss., and for Anvil, which was Grinnell, in Pinson for over 20 years. He spent many years with the Selmer Fire Department as a first responder. He was united in marriage to Sandy Hatch on June 19, 1993. Mrs. Rebstock preceded him in death on Oct. 18, 2020.
He enjoyed hunting, riding motorcycles, fishing in tournaments, helping his community and spending time with his grandchildren. He had a friendly spirit and was always happy.
He is survived by his children, Holly Hatch of Bethel Springs, Hailey Rebstock of Henderson, Jana Rebstock of Finger and Zach Rebstock of Finger; five grandchildren, Lexis Wolney, Tucker Wolney, Elizabeth Rebstock, William Rebstock and Lincoln Wolney; seven sisters, Mary (Lee Royce) Hendrix, Helen (Hugh) Wilbanks, Patricia (Michael) Lacefield, Darlene (Billy) Young, Sharon Reed, Judy (Dale) Harris and Christine (Ricky) Rebstock-Voyles; three brothers, Benny Rebstock, James Rebstock and Terry Rebstock; mother-in-law, Lillian Hatch of Bethel Springs; sister-in-law, China Hatch of Bethel Springs; brother-in-law, Patrick Hatch of Henderson; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; and his father-in-law, James Hatch.
