He pled guilty to count two, class A schedule IV controlled substance, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay $750 in fines and to complete 100 hours of unpaid community service. Clayton pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay $150 in fines and to complete 100 hours of unpaid community service. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor theft up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid community service. He is to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. Jail sentence may be suspended and served through an approved intensive outpatient rehabilitation program. All counts are concurrent.
Nicholas Gage Thomas, 22, pled guilty to count one, class D felony burglary other than habitation, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility, at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and was ordered to pay $1,032 in restitution. He pled guilty to count two, class E felony auto burglary, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% to release eligibility, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay $1,032 in restitution. He pled guilty to count three, class D felony aggravated burglary – attempt, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay $1,032 in restitution. Thomas pled guilty to count four, class E felony theft of property $1,000 to $2,500, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $1,032 in restitution. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $1,032 in restitution. All counts are concurrent with each other. Thomas is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student, and must appear to testify and testify truthfully in trial of co-defendant.
