51 Freed-Hardeman University Fall athletes named to Academic All-Conference Teams

The Mid-South Conference handed out the 2021 Academic Awards for Fall sports, and FHU combined for 51 athletes on Academic All-Conference Teams between men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s cross country and women’s volleyball.
The Lady Lions and Lions soccer teams led the way among FHU teams, each with 14 on the Academic All-Conference Team, followed by volleyball with 11.
In order to qualify for Academic All-Conference, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must be in their third term or fourth quarter.

Women’s Cross Country: Holly Bowman, Madison Grant, Carlee Heffington, BrittLeigh Lawson, Cadence Sellars, Cheyenne Sellars, Allison Walker and Champion of Character – Allison Walker.
Men’s Cross Country: Eli Combs, Jacob England, Nathan Mangrum, Matthew Ray, Alex Tucker and Champion of Character – Matthew Ray.
Women’s Soccer: Tori Ford, Erin Hall, Meghan Hodi, Jalen Johnson, Camryn Kime, Brooke Latham, Morgan Leighton, Haley Miller, Ashton Miller, Juliana Mondelli, Jessica Musselman, Zoe Stom, Lauren Taylor, Katy Weddle and Champion of Character – Paiton Williams.
Men’s Soccer: Andrew Caldwell, Roger Castelltort, Mauricio Gonzalez, Jared Hill, Sean Janiec, Calum Langdale, Jack O’Riordan, Dylan O’Kelley, Joao Pedro, Tyler Robinson, Christian Sachs, Omer Shifris, Joshua Singh, Trey Whidden and Champion of Character – Joshua Singh.
Women’s Volleyball: Ajaya Branch, Emma Campbell, Ashlynne Clifft, Kacey Donegan, Sarah Grace Duncan, Graciee English, Ann Elise Jackson, Bryce Morris, Gabby Rodriguez, Katie Speaks, Claire Walker, Champion of Character – Emma Campbell.
