, 47, Henderson, was arrested and charged with solicitation to file a false reports and making a 911 call during a non-emergency situation. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Keith Garner, 59, Finger, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, solicitation for sale of schedule II controlled substance, casual exchange of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of legend drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and introducing contraband into a penal facility. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.

, 19, pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $250 in fines and to complete 48 hours of unpaid community service. He pled guilty to count three, class A Misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay $150 in fines. All counts are concurrent with a specified Madison County case, with no work release and no post plea expungement. He must complete an alcohol and drug evaluation and follow recommendations, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and must complete MADD Victim Impact Panel within six months.
