NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Promissory Note heretofore executed by GLEN EDMONDS, bearing date of September 15, 2011, and payable to the order of Troy Moore, and secured by a Deed of Trust of record in Record Book Pages 436-437, Register’s Office of Chester County, Tennessee, and which Deed of Trust conveyed certain property as therein described to the Trustee therein named to secure the indebtedness owed to Troy Moore; and
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable, and Terry Abernathy, as Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and, imposed upon said Trustee, will on Monday, January 10,2022, at 2:00 o’clock p.m., at the door of the Chester County Courthouse in Henderson, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described, to the highest bidder FOR CASH, free from the statutory right of redemption, homestead, dower, and all other exemptions which are expressly waived in the Deed ofTrust, said property being real estate situated in Chester County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a stake at the Southeast corner of J.T. Hatch in the North line of Susie
Greer land and being a short distance East of Hamstring Creek; thence North with the
East line of Hatch, 280 feet to Hamstring Creek; thence up Hamstring Creek with its
meanders in a Northeastern direction about 600 feet to a point; thence North 75 degrees
East with a severance line 297 feet to a stake; thence North 88 degrees East with a
severance line 610 feet to a stake, said stake being located 4 poles West of the
Northwest corner of the Claudie Cox tract; thence South 30 degrees West with a
severance line 240 feet to a stake; thence South 2 degrees East with a severance line 520
feet to a stake; thence East with a severance line 232 feet to a stake in the West
boundary line of the Claudie Cox’ tract; thence South 5 degrees East with the West
boundary line of Claudie Cox 260 feet to a stake; thence West with the North boundary
line of Susie Greer about 1,000 feet to the point of beginning, containing 19-1/2 acres,
more or less.
TRACT NO. 2:
Starting at a point in the center of blacktop in the Southeast boundary line of Hatch tract;
thence North 34 degrees 12 minutes East 202 feet to a stake; runs thence North 41
degrees West 536 feet to a stake in runs thence with ditch, North 85 degrees 10
minutes West 425 feet to a stake in ditch at an old wire fence; runs thence North 165
feet to a stake, being the SWC of Priest; thence runs East with Priest South line, 280.48
feet to a stake; thence South 41 degrees East 840.5 feet to a stake in center of blacktop,
being 25 feet North of J.T. Hatch Northeast line; thence approximately 13 poles with the
center of blacktop to the point of beginning. This conveyance is thought to contain 2
acres, more or less.
This being the same property as conveyed to Glen Edmonds by deeds as found of record
in Record Book 162, page 603, in the Record Book 162, Page 606, in the Register’s
Office of Chester County, Tennessee.
ALSO KNOWN AS: Map 92, Parcel 20.00 AND Map 92, Parcel 20.05
This sale is subject to all matters shown on any applicable recorded plat; any unpaid taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements, or setback lines that may be applicable; any statutory rights of redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; and to any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose. And subject to, but not limited to, the following parties, specifically including the United States and any State, who may claim an interest in the above-referenced property: NONE, except:
