Board Of Education to consider extension of superintendent’s contract

On Thursday, Oct. 22, this evening, the Chester County Board of Education will have their October meeting.
The board plans on discussing a recommendation that was made to extend the superintendent’s contract by a year.
The CCBOE also plans on talking about a recommendation of the removal of the CCBOE Policy 4.6051, which regards early graduation for third year students.
Another item on the agenda is a recommendation from TSBA of revisions to the CCBOE Policy Manual.
The board chairman is also scheduled to appoint subcommittee members.
The next meeting is Nov. 19.
