For the fifth year running, the Chester County High School Boys Tennis Team won the district tournament after defeating Lexington 4-2. Unfortunately the CCHS Girls Tennis Team fought hard but lost to South Gibson 3-4 and are the District Runners Up. The boys will play in the Regional Championship on Thursday. Chester County also had some success in the district individuals tournament. The tennis team had four all-district selections, Katie Lovelace, Clayton Austin, Luke Melton, and Lane Paton. Among the nine teams in our district, Lovelace is the Girls Individual Singles Champion, Austin is the Boys Individual Singles Runner-Up, and Paton/Melton are Boys Individual Doubles Runners-up. These four will represent Chester County in the upcoming Regional Individual Tournament May 13.
