Right after coming back from Thanksgiving break, Chester County Junior High had a game against Decatur County on Monday.
The CCJHS Eaglettes suffered a tough loss with a score of 14-28.
The Eagles lost just by one score.
Though Chester County was down on the scoreboard during the game, they almost made a comeback for the win.
In the third they tied it at 25, but Decatur took control again until the end of the fourth quarter where every possession and shot mattered for both Chester County and Decatur County.
With three seconds left in the game, the score at 52-50 and the Eagles losing, Chester County attempted to score after passing the ball in to Elam; he passed the ball to Jamarion Thomas who took a shot, but it was short.
