Chester Co. 7/8 All Stars places in top four at state tournament

The 7/8 Chester County All Stars boys advanced to the state tournament and competed until they were kocked out of the tournament in the final four. Pictured is the team at state. The 7/8 Chester County Boys All Stars team competed in the state tournament last week and made it all the way to the top four of the state.
They played in pool play on Thursday and Friday with wins over Etowah and Kingston on Thursday and a loss to Greenbriar Friday.
Later on Friday, they started bracket play with a 13-2 win over Crossville.
On Saturday, they earned another “W” versus Fairview 12-11.
In another game against Greenbriar, they could not defeat them and lost by one 3-2.
On Sunday they lost the game that would knock them out of the tournament while ranked fourth in the state. It was a close game against Springfield, 3-2.
