Chester Co. Library breaks ground for expansion

The Chester County Library held their expansion Groundbreaking Ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 16. Construction is expected to begin this week by E&T Contracting. Information regarding closures will be made available soon. Chester County Library staff would like to thank everyone in the community for their support, noting the project has been in the works for some time.
