Chester County Christmas Parade ushers in holiday season

Chester County turned out in droves for the annual Christmas Parade last week. With more than 50 entries, and perfect parade weather, the 2019 Christmas holiday season was ushered in, in style. Top prize for overall float goes to Mickey and Minnie. In the Civic category, float winners are First Prize – First Farmers Co-Op, Second Prize – Cub Scout Pack 25 and Third Prize – Henderson Health Center. Winners in the Religious category include First Prize – First Baptist Church – Henderson, and Second Prize – Luray Baptist Church. Best Performance Group was awarded to the Chester County High School Marching Band.
