Ed Bickert, CPT, US Army National Guard, pictured above, addressed Chester Countians Monday at Henderson City Hall for the annual Memorial Day program. Paul D. Martin gave a presentation on Tennessee and the Korean War, recognizing SFC Harold L. Rhodes, CPL Ray Franklin Dunn and PVT Eugene Marvin Cox.
Following the presentations at the City Hall, flags were raised to full staff and a wreath ceremony was held on the courthouse lawn, pictured below.
