Chester County Grand Jury meets for indictments

The Chester County Grand Jury met October 14 and indicted the following:
Jamal Antwoin Dalton, 41, Henderson, is charged with manufacture/delivery/sell/possession of schedule VI drugs, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and violation of vehicles/streetcars must stop at all stop signs.
Kyshondra S. Gooden, 28, Henderson, is charged with aggravated child abuse/neglect/endangerment.
Stedman Jamelle Ingram, 30, Henderson, is charged with domestic assault and vandalism of $1,000 to $2,500.
William Curtis Lawson, 24, Selmer, is charged with introducing contraband into a penal facility, driving under the influence, simple possession/casual exchange, driving while in possession of methamphetamine, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, second or subsequent offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license.
Terence Byron McBride, 48, Henderson, is charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, second offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and violation of the open container law.
Terence Byron McBride, 48, Henderson, in a second case, is charged with public intoxication.
Terence Byron McBride, 48, Henderson, in a third case, is charged with aggravated sexual battery.
Chad Aramis Poole, 38, Henderson, is charged with rape and aggravated statutory rape.
Kenneth Dwayne Ward Jr., 32, Henderson, is charged with aggravated assault, domestic assault, aggravated kidnapping and resist stop/arrest/search.

Robert Franklin McClain, 36, Henderson, is charged with aggravated burglary, theft up to $1,000 and criminal trespass.
Thomas Ray Mills, 66, Henderson, is charged with theft up to $1,000 and criminal trespass.
Thomas Ray Mills, 66, Henderson, in a second case, is charged with theft of property $1,000 to $2,500 and aggravated burglary.
Thomas Ray Mills, 66, Henderson, in a third case, is charged with theft up to $1,000 and auto burglary.
Thomas Ray Mills, 66, Henderson, in a fourth case, is charged with two counts manufacture/delivery/sell/possession of schedule VI drugs and manufacture/delivery/sell/possession of schedule II drugs.
Ty Allen Patterson, 22, Pinson, is charged with evading arrest with risk of death or injury – vehicle involved, driving while license suspended, reckless driving and speeding.
Jusino Diaz Prather, 47, Henderson, is charged with first offense driving under the influence and driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license.
Todd Allen Robbins, 33, Sardis, is charged with first degree murder.
Bernie Edward Young, 26, Henderson, is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to manufacture/deliver/sell, manufacture/delivery/sell/possession of schedule VI drugs, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, possession of firearm with intent to go armed – dangerous felony and evading arrest.
Mauro Ricardo Chub Paau, 35, Henderson, is charged with forgery and theft of property $2,500 to $10,000.
Freeman Anthony Farley, 66, Henderson, is charged with aggravated assault and possession or casual exchange of methamphetamine.
Chris Michael Hatch, 39, Henderson, is charged with aggravated criminal trespass and vandalism up to $1,000.

Aariona Reena Kelley, 22, Henderson, is charged with manufacture/delivery/sell/possession of schedule VI drugs, possession of marijuana/hash and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.
Jeremy Ryan Sutherland, 33, Henderson, is charged with manufacture/delivery/sell/possession of schedule VI drugs, possession of marijuana/hash and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses/activites.
Jason Dale Mathias, 27, Pinson, is charged with cruelty to animals.

Rhoni-Sue Mathias (et. al), 29, Pinson, is charged with child abuse/neglect/endangerment –eight years or less – attempt and child abuse/neglect/endangerment.
Frankey McNeal, 52, Henderson, is charged with falsifying reports to an officer.
