The Chester County Grand Jury met Friday, Oct. 11, at the Chester County Criminal Justice Center, and indicted 35 individuals in 48 cases, with appearances scheduled over the next three months.
The following individuals are set to appear at 8:30 a.m. Monday, Oct 21.
Madison Maness, 18, of Finger, is charged with aggravated burglary, theft of property and vandalism.
Michael Lee Hester, 47, of 597 Sanford St., Apt. 501, is charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license (prior offender) and possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell and/or deliver.
Sharon Diana Jarrett, 47, of Savannah, is charged with simple possession of Methamphetamine, simple possession of Gabapentin, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal impersonation.
April Nicole Roberson, 39, of Savannah, is charged with simple possession of Methamphetamine, simple possession of Gabapentin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Caleb Nathanial Maness, 26, of 1595 Lott Road, is charged with possession of Methamphetamine with intent to sell and/or deliver, simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Medrekus Leonta McKinney, 26, of 597 Sanford Road, Apt. 702, is charged with possession of Methamphetamine with intent to sell and/or deliver, simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Richard Lynn Ray, II, 32, or Finger, is charged with violation of Community Supervision (two counts) and violation of the sex offender registry (two counts).
Michael Brandon Scudder, 34, of Finger, will appear for five cases. He is charged with theft of property; burglary and theft of property; burglary and theft of property; aggravated burglary and theft of property; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Reginald G. Turner, 53, of 620 Sweetlips Road, is charged with aggravated assault, domestic assault, assault (two counts) and evading arrest.
Jerry Neal Wilson, 60, of 213 North Carolina Ave., is charged with attempted first degree murder.

Christian Shane Barham, 26, of 410 Baughn St., is charged with driving while under the influence, felony evading arrest, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license (prior offender), disorderly conduct, speeding, violation of the vehicle registration law and violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law.
Misty Elizabeth Brunell, 23, of Gainesboro, is charged with introducing contraband into a penal facility (five counts), tampering with evidence, possession of Methamphetamine with intent to sell and/or deliver and possession of Marijuana.
Tavoris A. Clark, 31, of 118 Whitley Ave., is charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
Joseph Creed Dimarco, 18, of Reagan, is charged with reckless endangerment and vandalism.
Tristan B. Vincent, 20, of 465 Vida Road, is charged with reckless endangerment and vandalism.
Sean Patrick Fesmire, 21, of 255 Old Finger Road, is charged with rape of a child.
Brian Lee Hannah, 45, of 1975 Simmons Road, is charged with fraudulent use of a debit card.
Brian Lee Hannah, the same, in a second case, is charged with forgery.
Jeffery Tyler Jones, 26, of Reagan, is charged with aggravated assault.
Barbara Geanne Labossiere, 31, of Adamsville, is charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license (prior offender), possession of a prohibited weapon, convicted felon in possession of a weapon (two counts), convicted felon in possession of a weapon (two counts), unlawful carry or possession of a weapon (four counts), failure to maintain lane, violation of vehicle financial responsibility act, and theft of property.
Perry Brent Lanham, 47, of Selmer, is charged with burglary and theft of property.
Jacob Neisler, 19, of Enville, is charged with aggravated burglary, theft of property and vandalism.
Allen Heath Owen, 33, of 980 Tar Creek Road, is charged with aggravated burglary, theft of property and vandalism.
Aaron Blake Ross, 29, 607 Mifflin Ave., is charged with theft of property.
Michael E. Shoe, 44, of Finger, is charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to sell and/or deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of the open container law and violation of the vehicle window tint law.
Richard Lee Learn, 33, of 4745 Enville Road, is charged with felony evading arrest, driving after being declared a habitual motor vehicle offender and driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license (prior offender).

Tobias Davis, 44, of Finger, is charged with evading arrest, reckless driving, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license (prior offender), leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, failure to give notice of an accident, failure to maintain lanes, violation of vehicle financial responsibility law, violation of registration law, violation of the seat belt law, and failure to exercise due care.
Ronald Bryan Divilbiss, 40, of Jackson, is charged with driving while under the influence of a drug and/or intoxicant (prior offender), child endangerment by DUI, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license (prior offender), and assault.
Jimmie Ray Faulkner, 38, of Luray, is charged with violation of Community Supervision. Faulkner is also set to appear in a second case, charged with introduction of contraband into a penal facility and possession of Marijuana.
Pertia M. Hendrix, 31, of Jackson, is charged with theft of property (two counts), driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license (prior offender), felony evading arrest, reckless driving and criminal impersonation.
Eric Michael Hurst, 31, of Finger, is charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license (prior offender), violation of window tint, driving while in possession of Methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of Methamphetamine with intent to sell and/or deliver.
James Pope Lanier, II, 46, of 955 Peddy Vestal Loop, is charged with driving while under the influence of a drug and/or intoxicant (prior offender) and driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license (prior offender).
Chico Lamont Parks, 43, of 326 N. Church Ave., Apt. 3, is set to appear in three separate cases, and is charged with violation of the sex offender registry; driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license (prior offender) and violation of the registration law; and felony evading arrest, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license (prior offender) and reckless driving.
Cedrick Leroy Shelton, 36, of Bethel Springs, is charged with possession of Marijuana with the intent to sell and/or deliver, possession of a firearm while in the commission of a dangerous felony (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of the registration law and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (two counts).
Bradley Simpson (AKA Edward) Terry, 32, of 953A Woodland Dr., is charged with possession of Marijuana with intent to sell and/or deliver, possession of Cocaine with intent to sell and/or deliver, introduction of contraband into a penal facility, violation of the window tint law, and failure to exercise due care.
Bradley Simpson (AKA Edward) Terry (the same) in a separate case, is charged with violation of the window tint law, violation of the seat belt law, possession of Cocaine with intent to sell and/or deliver, felony evading arrest, evading arrest, and resisting arrest.
