Chester County Grand Jury returns indictments

The Chester County Grand Jury met June 10 and indicted the following:
Timothy Davis, Jr., 35, of Henderson, is charged with violation of community supervision.
Timothy Davis, Jr., in a second case, is charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child.
Wesley Clyde Glidewell, 40, of Henderson, is charged with theft up to $1,000.
Caleb B. Graham, 19, of Knoxville, is charged with evading arrest flight-vehicle, felony reckless endangerment-vehicle and speeding.
Garrick Dean Hall, 32, of Henderson, is charged with assault – physical contact.
Aaron Blake Ross, 31, of Henderson, is charged with attempted aggravated burglary – habitation, vandalism up to $1,000 and aggravated criminal trespass habitation/hospital/camp-public or private school.
Decoda Jermaine Williams, 34, of Henderson, is charged with burglary other than habitat or non public building and theft of property $1,000 to $2,500.
Decoda Jermaine Williams, in a second case, is charged with possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, evading arrest and resisting stop/arrest/search (no weapon).
Desmond Ingram, 44, of Henderson, is charged with aggravated assault and domestic assault.
Christine Chumley, 40, of Henderson, is charged with custodial interference – violation of court ordered visitation.

William Davante Kyles, Jr., 27, of Henderson, is charged with violation of community supervision.
William Davante Kyles, Jr., in a second case, is charged with violation of sexual offender registration requirements and violation of residential and work restrictions.
Cody Lynn Marbry, 22, of Brownsville, is charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, expired registration, violation of the seatbelt law and violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law.
Stephine Lynn Mills, 19, of Alvin, Texas, is charged with giving false reports to officer and tampering with evidence.
Charles Paul Graeser, Jr., of Enville, is charged with aggravated assault and domestic assault.
Johnny Keith Morris, 61, of Finger, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of methamphetamine with intent, manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule I drugs, introducing contraband into a penal facility – attempt, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, second or subsequent offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and expired registration.
Nikki Nichole Burgdorf-Seals, 36, of Henderson, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of methamphetamine with intent, manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule I drugs, introducing contraband into a penal facility – attempt and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.
Jennifer Nicole White, 38, of Henderson, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule VI drugs, possession of a firearm with intent to go armed during a dangerous felony and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.
Jeremy Dewayne Willis, 42, of McKenzie, is charged with aggravated burglary – habitation and theft of property $2,500 to $10,000.
Bernie Edward Young, 27, of Henderson, is charged with introducing contraband into a penal facility – attempt.
Jason Matthew McPhail, 39, of Savannah, is charged with possession of used detached catalytic converter without authorization and expired registration.
Chelsea Nicole Pruitt, 28, of Bells, is charged with possession of used detached catalytic converter without authorization.
Marquis Dante Mickens, 45, of Henderson, is charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, simple possession/casual exchange and driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license.
Marquis Dante Mickens, in a second case, is charged with vandalism up to $1,000.
Marquis Dante Mickens, in a third case, is charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law.
Marquis Dante Mickens, in a fourth case, is charged with simple possession/casual exchange and violation of the open container law.
Marquis Dante Mickens, in a fifth case, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of methamphetamine with intent, manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule II drugs, manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule VI drugs and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.
Christopher Dale Morris, 32, of Luray, is charged with simple possession/casual exchange.
Christopher Dale Morris, in a second case, is charged with especially aggravated robbery, theft up to $1,000 and vandalism up to $1,000.
Christopher Dale Morris, in a third case, is charged with reckless driving, failure to carry/exhibit drivers license and violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law.
Christopher Dale Morris, in a fourth case, is charged with first offense driving under the influence, violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law and driving on the right.
Asa Caleb Sanders, 20, of Henderson, is charged with evading arrest with risk of death or injury – vehicle involved, reckless endangerment – vehicle felony, reckless driving, speeding, driving on the right and improper passing (no passing zone).
Demarius Lee Wilson, 27, of Henderson, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule VI drugs, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, violation of the motor vehicle light law, driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and violation of the open container law.
Randy Fred Cupples, 62, of Henderson, is charged with aggravated assault and domestic assault.
Chad Randall Johnson, 33, of Henderson, is charged with aggravated assault, domestic assault, vandalism up to $1,000 and aggravated sexual battery.
