After a 12-3 loss against Lexington on Tuesday April 20, the lady Eagles continued to have an unlucky week with losses against both Hardin County and South Side.
When Chester County played Hardin County on Thursday, April 22, the Lady Eagles jumped out to a 1-0 lead.
Then, Hardin County hit a solo home run to tie it up.
Later on, they hit a two-run homerun to make it 3-1. Shortly after that they managed to do it again making the score 4-1.
In the top of the seventh, Chester Co. was able to tie it 4-4, but Hardin County was still able to win after a throwing error in the bottom of the seventh, allowing the Hardin County runner to score from third to win it 5-4.
The Lady Eagles jumped ahead first again in the game against South Side on Monday, April 26, and made the score 1-0.
However, the Hawks scored to tie it in the third inning on an RBI double.
The game was even until the bottom of the sixth when a Southside runner was stealing second and the throwdown from Salvador hit the runner in the helmet.
The ball ricocheted into left center allowing the runner to score and making it 2-1 Southside.
Chester Co. had an opportunity to tie and potentially go ahead with runners on second and third with one out, but back to back strikeouts sealed the win for Southside.

Aja Stovall starts to run toward third base in the Lady Eagles game versus Lexington.
