Sisters Ruth and Christine Mathenia, left to right, were two of 32 children who dropped off a stuffed animal to spend the night at the Chester County Library Friday. Children had the opportunity to decorate a sleeping bag for their plush friends, which could double later as a pillowcase for themselves. The stuffed animals stayed overnight with the librarians, reading books, coloring and enjoying other activities. The children received photos of the night’s adventures the next morning at pick up.
