Appreciation was expressed to First Bank for sponsoring the meeting and providing the delicious meal at Snookum’s restaurant. Renee Phelps, Kim Phelps, Ashley Barnes, and Ashley McCullar were in attendance to represent First Bank.
To begin the meeting, Dorothy McIntyre led the Pledge of Allegiance, and Bruce Lewis gave our Thought for the Day. Jennie Fletcher gave the treasurer’s report. In the report, there was information about CCRTA and donations made to Imagination Library and student scholarships.
Brandon Connor, director of the Chester County Emergency Management Agency, spoke about emergency preparedness. Johny Farris gave information about phone scams and the importance of being alert.
New members Anita Burton and Delana Cole were welcomed.
The Association continues to reach out to educators and support staff to consider joining the group. Door prizes were given out and our meeting was adjourned.
