Clarence Welton Mosier, 86, of Henderson passed away Jan. 9, 2020 at his home. Funeral services were 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 12, at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue with Skippy Rowland officiating. Burial followed in Cave Springs Cemetery.
He was born June 7, 1933.
