Cojac claimed the hearts of Chester County, winning top dog in the Chester County Independent’s recent 2023 Pet Calendar contest.

What more could a girl want? Cojac is a mature 10-year-old dachshund who loves long walks at Chickasaw State Park. He also enjoys quiet evenings at home with his toy clown and toy mini-me, and has a refined pallet, enjoying mesquite smoked turkey and fried chicken. According to his owner, Audria Reeves, Cojac is quite the ladies’ man.
The pint-sized pooch edged his way to lead the pack in the Chester County Independent’s recent 2023 calendar contest with 620 votes – 40 votes ahead of his closest competitor. Calendars are on their way to the printer. Watch the Independent for news of their arrival in the next couple of weeks. Calendars will be available for purchase for $7.50 at the newspaper office at 218 S. Church Ave., in Henderson. Call 989-4624 for more information.
