Corn settles for the time being

Scott Shellady said corn’s fall hit new bottoms today, but he said the loss is going to hurt. “I think there’s maybe another nickel in it,” he said, adding that funds are now short, after being long 80,000 contracts.

With fundamental news not set to change until new reports are released, traders will be watching weather forecasts which call for rain across parts of the Midwest over the weekend.
