Dedication ceremony held May 25

Phillip Lacy Commandery no. 46, Order of Knights Templar presented a wreath at the memorial monument Saturday, May 25, during a dedication ceremony on the Chester County Courthouse lawn. Attendees included participants, York Rites, Henderson Masonic Lodge no. 485 and guests Beverly Morton, Al McKinnon and Karen Stone.
