Freed-Hardeman University Associates Tea for Two boxes now on sale

The deadline for ordering Tea for Two boxes from the Freed-Hardeman University Associates is 5 p.m. June 8, 2021. Boxes must be purchased in advance at https://www.fhu.edu/associates/teaparty. No “at the door” sales will be possible.
Boxes may be picked up Saturday, June 12, 2021, between noon and 2 p.m. at the Gardner Center. Those who would like to “dine in” may enjoy teatime at tables set up outside the Hardeman House, also between noon and 2 p.m.
The boxes, which sell for $25 each, contain everything necessary for a tea party for two. Each box will include “fresh cucumber sandwiches, delightful scones and spreads, delectable teatime treats, specialty teabags and pretty plates and napkins,” according to Debbie McLaughlin, executive coordinator of the Associates.
All funds raised by the Associates go toward scholarships for Freed-Hardeman University students.
