The Lady Lions (3-1, 2-0 AMC) continued their dominance at home on Saturday with an 89-47 victory over Park University (3-2, 0-2 AMC).
The defense was smothering and the offense was efficient for the top-ranked team in the nation. They forced the Pirates to turn the ball over 18 times with 10 steals, five of which came from Reagen Floyd, and they shot 55 percent from the field.
Floyd was strong for the Lady Lions in all aspects of the game. She scored 21 points, pulled down eight rebounds and had five assists in the contest, all of which were career highs.
Freshman KJ White also scored a career-high 21 points, surpassing her 18-point performance on homecoming against Blue Mountain. Haylee Croom had a double-double in the game with 14 rebounds and 13 points.
Alyssa LeMay followed up her 27-point performance on Thursday with 16 on Saturday.
The Lady Lions played at Blue Mountain on Tuesday.
They will then compete in the Jackson Classic on Friday and Saturday.
