Freed-Hardeman University students choose 2021 homecoming royalty

Freed-Hardeman University students have chosen 18 of their peers for the Homecoming Court. These individuals will be honored, and the queen and king will be crowned at FHU’s 2021 Homecoming Celebration Saturday, Nov. 6, at halftime of the women’s basketball game

Candidates for Homecoming queen and king have been selected from the senior class. Queen candidates are Anniston Butler, a marketing major from Lawrenceburg, Tennessee; Suzanna Grady, a biochemistry major from Murray, Kentucky; and Katie Hodges, a public relations major from Henderson, Tennessee. Finalists for king are Logan Richardson, a biblical studies and photography major from Florence, Alabama; Chandler Ross, a biblical studies major from Florence, Alabama; and Robert Young, a psychology major from Rosedale, New York.
Representing the junior class are Amanda Blakeman, a chemistry major from South Rockwood, Michigan; Isaac Herod, a nursing major from Smyrna, Tennessee; John Sadler, a biology major from Katy, Texas; and Sarah Woodard, a nursing major from Dickson, Tennessee.
Sophomore members of the Homecoming court are Brinlee Benson, an elementary education major from Ringgold, Georgia; Abby Edmonds, a kinesiology and secondary education major from Covington, Tennessee; Joseph Green, an education major from Selmer, Tennessee; and Colton Hixson, a special education major from Columbia, Tennessee.
The freshman class is represented by Max Ballard, a kinesiology/exercise science major from Columbia, Tennessee; Cody Goodwin, a law and politics major from Cullman, Alabama; Riya Key, an accounting major from Muscle Shoals, Alabama; and Reagan Malone, a kinesiology major from Arab, Alabama.
In addition to the coronation of the queen and king Saturday, the court will be presented to FHU students during chapel Thursday.
