Freed-Hardeman University Track Breaks Records at Bison Open

The Freed-Hardeman men’s and women’s track field teams competed in the Bison Open Saturday at Harding University.
Sophomore Jess Musselman finished first in the Women’s 800 meter finals with a time of 2:23.35. Freshman Tori Ford set a new FHU record after finishing 11th in the Women’s 400 meter finals with a time of 1:02.68.
Other finishes included Sean Janic finishing 10th in the Men’s 400 meter, Zena Dorris finishing sixth in the Women’s 1500 meter and Drew Williams finishing eighth in the Men’s 5000 meter.
Up Next: After a great performance at the Bison Open, the FHU track and field team’s next competition will be at the Red Wolves Open in Jonesboro, Ark. on April 22-23.
