Grand Jury returns 22 true bills

The Chester County Grand Jury met recently, returning 22 true bills. Indictments were held October 2, and arraignments held October 9. The Grand Jury will reconvene in February.
Gary Hart, 57, of 521 Frankie Lane, is charged with theft of property from $1,000 to $2,500, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, resisting stop, arrest, search (involving weapon), evading arrest, disorderly conduct, and theft up to $1,000.
Jerry Alton Hart, 58, of 521 Frankie Lane, is charged with aggravated robbery, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Jerry Alton Hart, in a second case, is charged with aggravated robbery, theft up to $1,000, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Jerry Alton Hart, in a third case, is charged with possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, manufacture/sale/possession of farm implement without a serial number, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Joseph Glen Capooth, 44, 4040 Silerton Road, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of methamphetamine with intent, driving while license revoked, second or subsequent driving while license revoked, violation of the vehicle registration law and violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law.
Steven P. Sparks, 25, is charged with aggravated assault.
Terry Lee Wallace, 53, of Jackson, is charged with burglary – other than habitation, theft up to $1,000, vandalism up to $1,000 and theft of property from $1,000 to $2,500.
Joseph Donald Battaglia, 44, of Jackson, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of methamphetamine with intent, manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of schedule V drugs, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm with intent to go armed during commission of a dangerous felony, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, driving while in possession of methamphetamine, driving while license suspended and violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law.
Johnathan Andrew Kelley, 27, of Reagan, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of methamphetamine with intent, manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of schedule III controlled substance, driving while in possession of methamphetamine, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law, failure to display vehicle registration plates and violation of the window tint law.
David N. Boone, 38, of Finger, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of methamphetamine with intent, possession of a firearm with intent to go armed during commission of a dangerous felony, possession of a handgun while under the influence, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, driving while license suspended and driving while in possession of methamphetamine.
Brandi Cheryl Cobb, 43, of Finger, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of methamphetamine with intent, possession of drug paraphernalia uses and activities, unlawful possession without a prescription and simple possession/casual exchange.
Madison Nicole McCaskill, 23, of 360 Jones Lane, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of methamphetamine with intent, driving while in possession of methamphetamine, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, driving while license suspended, violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law and violation of the motor vehicle light law.
Barbara Jean Mayfield, 29, of 522 Mifflin Ave., is charged with aggravated child abuse/neglect/endangerment.
Colton Carnett, 22, of Pinson, is charged with aggravated burglary, vandalism up to $1,000, theft up to $1,000 and unlawful possession of controlled substances without a prescription.
Alycia Nicole Nunley, 22, of Jackson, is charged with unlawful possession of controlled substances without a prescription.
Alycia Nicole Nunley, in a second case, is charged with theft up to $1,000.
Billy Ray Thompson AKA Jimmy Thompson, 54, of Denmark, is charged with aggravated burglary and theft of property $1,000 to $2,500.
Samantha Dawn Bennett, 29, of 295 Ollie Lane, is charged with manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of schedule VI drugs and official misconduct.
Andrew Samuel Hanson, 19, of 2975 Glendale Road, is charged with theft up to $1,000 – attempt, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment – no weapon involved.
Hunter Everardo Hernandez, 19, of 1147 W. Main St., is charged with theft up to $1,000 – attempt, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment – no weapon involved.
Dustin Brett Warren, 21, of Jacks Creek, is charged with theft up to $1,000 – attempt, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment – no weapon involved.
