The Henderson Civitan Club was pleased to present four scholarships to outstanding young citizens who graduated from Chester County High School. Those graduates were Carter Welch, Evan Eads, Tucker Allen and Zane Bolton. Certificates were presented by Susan Edmonds, Civitan Scholarship Chairman.
