AUTUMN PAULINE YEARWOOD

The Henderson Police Department announced Monday they have made an arrest in the recent ATM theft at The Market in Henderson.
According to the release, at approximately 5 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, officers with the Henderson Police Department responded to a theft of an ATM at The Market, located at 677 East Main St. It was determined that the front glass to the business had been broken out and the ATM had been stolen. Officers on the scene were able to quickly develop a suspect vehicle and suspect description and broadcast it to surrounding agencies. This led to information on another similar incident with matching descriptions in another Wests Tennessee County.
Investigators with the Henderson Police Department began a collaborative investigation with several different Law Enforcement agencies across the area. As a result, Autumn Pauline Yearwood, 28, of Middleton has been charged with theft of property, vandalism and burglary in relation to the ATM theft at The Market. Yearwood is currently being held in the Crockett County Jail on a $150,000 bond, on Crockett County charges of theft of property over $1,000, theft of property under $1,000, theft of property over $10,000, vandalism from $1,000 to $10,000 and burglary other than habitation. She is scheduled to appear in court in Crockett County at 9 a.m. Thursday, March 23. To date, detaining holds have been placed on Yearwood from Chester and Decatur Counties. She will be transferred to counties with detainers at a later date.
The release stated this incident is actively being investigated and all information is subject to change. Additional details will be released as they become available.
“I want to commend the hard work by the Officers and investigators who worked so hard on this case that has led to these charges. This is just another example of hard work and dedication that goes unseen by most,” stated Chief of Police Gary A. Davidson.
