Henderson to consider appt. of new city judge

The Henderson Mayor and Board of Aldermen will meet at 7 p.m. tonight, Thursday, Dec. 10.
First on the agenda is a delegation from Chester County High School.
The board will also consider the appointment of a new Municipal Court Judge to replace Mayor Eddy Patterson, who is retiring at the end of the year.
An access road on the east side of Hwy 45 North at Kimberly Drive will be considered for a city street.
Other topics to be discussed include the final reading adopting the 2018 Building and Related Codes, the city board reappointing one member to each the planning commission, the board of zoning appeals and the industrial development board and the board is also considering the purchase of a new trencher/plow on state contract for the utility department to replace an existing trencher.
