On Friday, Oct. 18, The Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) in conjunction with members of the Henderson Police Department and the Chester County Sheriff’s Department will focus on distracted and impaired driving enforcement. So far in 2019, traffic fatalities across Tennessee are on the rise. On July 1, the “Hands Free Law” went into effect across Tennessee. Remember, driving sober and eliminating distractions will allow every driver to focus on the road and help save lives.
The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security’s (www.TN.Gov/safety) mission is to serve, secure, and protect the people of Tennessee.
