The Chester County Historical Society met on June 3 at the Senior Center. The program was presented by Rodger Holtin and involved sound recordings leading up to and during World War II. The music gave a look at how popular culture interacted with the war effort then, and how those sounds became iconic in present-day looking back at that era.
