Sean Isaiah Lawson, 19, of Henderson passed away Aug. 8, 2023, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Memorial services were 11 a.m. Friday at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue Chapel with Bro. Rick Babin officiating.
There was a private burial. The family received friends at Crook Avenue from 9-11 a.m. service time on Friday.
He was born on Nov. 4, 2003, in Jackson and grew up in Henderson, the son of Kelly Harris Lawson and Sean Lawson.
He attended Chester County Schools where he always loved making people laugh. He was a talented dancer and enjoyed his music. He loved camping in the Smoky Mountains with his Meme, bonfires and four wheelers.
He is survived by his mother; a brother, Cody (Monica) Harris of Jackson; one sister Emma Lawson of Henderson; grandparents, Jeri Harris of Henderson, Keith and Carolyn Lawson of Metairie, La., and Mona Robertson of Murfreesboro; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; and a nephew, Westin Harris, who loved him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his father, Sean Lawson, and his Papaw, Richard Harris.
