The Chester County Library began their December Storytime Program with the “Welcome Winter!” event Tuesday, Dec. 3. Pictured is Library Director Chrystal Richerson reading to the children. She read “Goodbye Autumn, Hello Winter” by Kenard Pak and “Winter is Here” by Kevin Henkes and illustrated by Laura Dronzek. Afterward, Richerson sang songs with the children and made arts and crafts together. The Chester County Library hosts Storytime for community children at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday and Wednesday each week.
