Local writer publishes 11th novel

Local author, John D. Harris, recently published his 11th novel titled “Cosmic Censors.” Set locally, this is a coming-of-age story begins in 1985. This novel and all of Harris’ previous novels can be borrowed from the Chester County Library and available on Amazon in both paperback and e-book versions.

Local author, John D. Harris, recently published his 11th novel titled “Cosmic Censors.” Set locally, this is a coming-of-age story that begins in 1985, when teenagers Percy and Marta meet and become true friends.
Bored during their summer break from school, they use their talents to devise and carry out a prank aimed at waking up their sleepy community. Their innocent caper spirals out of control, causing widespread confusion and fear. Readers will learn if the young culprits can evade discovery and punishment – both in 1985 and in the years that follow.
Although the story follows the lives of the main characters well into adulthood, the majority occurs during their eventful teenage summer.
This novel is suitable for both adult and teenage readers.
