MARY LOU KILZER PARKER Obituary – Aug. 3, 1936 – Feb. 18, 2020

Mary Louise Kilzer Parker, 83, of Henderson passed away Feb. 18, 2020 at Henderson Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services were 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue with Ronnie Geary officiating.
Burial followed in Pleasant Springs Cemetery. The family received friends at Crook Avenue from 5-8 p.m. on Friday.
She was born Aug. 3, 1936 in Chester County, the daughter of the late Frank James and Lexie Maie Davis Kilzer. She graduated from Chester County High School in 1956 and later went to Nursing School at McKellar Vocational and earned her LPN in 1973.
She was married to Delby Parker in 1956, and they made their home in the Wilson School Community. She was a charge nurse at Hillhaven Nursing Home in Bolivar until retirement in 1997.
She was a member of the Pleasant Springs Methodist Church.
She is survived by two sons, James Aaron Parker of Henderson and Boyd (Melinda) Parker of Henderson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Delby Browning Parker in 2011; and two brothers, William Kilzer and Tommy Kilzer.
