The cold weather coming in means that basketball season is among us. On the girl’s side, the Eagles are coached by Lee Pipkin who looks to have success yet again. On the boy’s side, the team is coached is by Colin McPherson. Both teams will start off their season on Tuesday, November 15, when the teams travel to Trinity Christian Academy to compete against the Lions in a game you sure do not want to miss. This game is the first of a two-game away stretch where the Eagles will also be playing the Gibson County Pioneers on November 17. After these two games, the Eagles will kick off home play against the South Gibson Hornets on Monday, November 21. Be sure to show up and show out as you cheer on your Eagles to have a successful season and make a deep playoff run as well! Be looking for more basketball news and coverage as the teams go throughout their respective seasons.
I want to continue to thank the City of Henderson and Chester County for their continued support of us here at CCHS.
God Bless and Go Eagles!
